They First Met
August, 2018They had both started work at a new company where they often enjoyed some drinks (Martin more than Karen...) after work on a Friday.
La primera vez que se conocieron
Agosto, 2018Empezaron a trabajar casi al mismo tiempo en la empresa donde se conocieron, Martin empezó como QA y Karen como desarrolladora junior. La empresa tenía un sistema de team building increíble, y solían compartir alguna que otra cerveza en la oficina y después del trabajo.

First months
April, 2019A day before his family arrived to visit him in Malaga, Martin gave the first step and sent a message to Karen to "have some drinks (there´s a theme here...)" in the city center. He arrives 1 hour late... but 3 amazing months later and they decided to move in together, making it easier for them to watch the end of Game of Thrones! Shortly after this, the world changed and they found themselves locked down together
Primeros meses
Abril, 2019Un día antes de que la familia de Martin llegara a Málaga para visitarlo, Martin dió el primer paso e invitó a Karen para "ir a tomar algo" en el centro. Él llegó una hora tarde... pero tres meses despúes se mudaron juntos asi pudieron terminar de ver Game of Thrones! (guiño, guiño). Poco después de esto, el mundo cambió y se vieron encerrados y en cuarentena juntos.

August, 2023In August 2023, baby Sophie arrives! This little daddy's girl transforms every single day into a wonderful adventure. By the time of the wedding day, she will be joined by a little brother who they cannot wait to see in April!

Agosto del 2023En Agosto del 2023 llegó la pequeña Sophie, esta pequeña niña de papá transforma cada día en una maravillosa aventura. Para el momento de la boda, Sophie tendrá un pequeño hermanito a quien están locos por conocer!

The proposal
December 23rd, 2023The perfect match! They have the perfect daughter but Martin wanted to give to Karen the perfect Christmas too. Expertly hiding the ring in a bag of Carcassone tiles, Karen eventually found the ring and she said "yes!"

23 de Diciembre del 2023Son la pareja perfecta! tienen la hija perfecta, pero Martin quería darle a Karen la navidad perfecta, por qué no, jugando su juego de mesa favorito desde Covid, Carcassonne, Karen encontró en anillo en la bolsa y ella dijo que "Si, quiero!"
